Ryan works with a wide range of people and their families - from those who are just starting out to those who are preparing for their golden years - to help them plan for the future and for those they love.
Whether planning for young kids, a family business, charitable giving, potential long-term care needs, or special family needs or disabilities, each circumstance is different. Ryan believes it is important to understand each client's goals, and then provide the options, tools, and information that will help them make educated decisions.
Ryan began his professional career as a business consultant in the Bay Area, and after several years he decided to attend law school. Ryan focuses his practice primarily on estate planning, disability and long-term care planning, probate and trust matters, and protective proceedings like guardianship and conservatorship. He regularly teaches seminars for the public and for other professionals on topics related to his areas of practice.
When not working, Ryan is an active member of his church and community, and he enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys, who share his love of the outdoors and exploring.

Lindsey has thirteen years experience as an assistant at an Albuquerque, NM law firm specializing in Litigation and Mediation.
In 2018 she moved with her husband and three kids back to her home state of Colorado, where she has volunteered at her children’s schools and has spent time working as a teacher’s aide for Douglas County School District. With older children now, she is excited to return to a position in the legal profession.
In her free time, Lindsey loves to spend time with her family, volunteer at church, read books, have herbal tea parties, and root, root, root for all the Colorado home teams!
